Business Development Manager

Kredium is looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to help us expand and evolve in the US real estate and mortgage markets. We need someone adept at identifying growth opportunities, as well as making and nourishing new and lasting partnerships. Expected Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on establishing new partnerships and connections in the US.
  • Conduct research to identify new partnership opportunities for partnerships.
  • Arrange business development meetings with prospective partners focusing on mortgage lenders, real estate developers, and realtors.
  • Prepare and review partnership contracts in cooperation with the legal team.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Facilitate partnership growth and report on partnership development.

This is a full-time, remote-work position, with flexible working hours. You would be working with a growing international team based in the US, UAE, and Serbia, with partnerships and investors from all over the world. Key Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • BSc or BA in business administration, marketing, sales or relevant field.
  • Familiarity with real estate and mortgage markets is a plus.
  • Native English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and work autonomously.
  • Time management and planning skills.
